Ronald Cook
President

Ronald Cook has experience working with a broad range of manufacturing companies throughout central Iowa. Since 2014, he has served as a quality engineer at Emerson’s control valve manufacturing facility in Marshalltown. Outside of work, Ron enjoys traveling and British sports cars.

Frank Montabon
Director of Records

Frank Montabon has been an ASCM member for more than 30 years and joined the Two Rivers Chapter in 2000 after moving to Ames. He is a professor of supply chain management at Iowa State University, where he continues to teach today. As a member of the board, Frank maintains meeting minutes, tabulates meeting evaluations, and coordinates the chapter’s annual member survey.

Adam Eller
Director of Finance

Adam Eller has been an ASCM member since 2017 and has served on the Two Rivers Chapter board since 2019. Through his board service, he supports the chapter’s financial management and operations.

Karen Schiebout
Past President

Karen Schiebout is a longtime ASCM volunteer and has been an APICS/ASCM member for more than 30 years. Her professional background includes over 40 years of experience in manufacturing throughout central Iowa. Although retired, Karen remains active as an instructor for APICS certification courses and teaches business courses at a local university. Outside of her professional and volunteer work, she enjoys golfing, reading, traveling, and quilting.

Dave Testroet
At Large

Dave Testroet has been an ASCM member since 2009 and has served on the Two Rivers Chapter board since 2014. During his time on the board, he has held leadership roles as Director of Education and Director of Membership. He currently continues his service as an at-large board member.
